You Said, "Walk with me"

I said, "Walk with me." Then I looked and found you'd been beside me all along. You are my brother. The word has no gender. Brother is not a body, the body is nothing. Brother is an aspect of mind seen as apart. If I see a part of myself as "you", as away from me, then I can displace my guilt onto "someone else."

Guilt is our way of hiding from Who/What we really are. Guilt is a demand that I am separate from everything I perceive. To perceive is to look out rather than look within. Perception is a wish projected as an image. In this way, we can look at what we thought we did as if someone else did it to us.

Using words to try and describe reality as it really is is like showing you a hammer because I cannot recall the word "Strike." I know what strike looks like, I know how it feels to me, but I cannot express it except by showing you a hammer. But then you must be able to get in your mind strike, and not hit, or pound.

Nothing has happened to change Who/What we are. I am driven to write these things, though I have no idea why. Something in me moves me. Nor do I even know what me is. I do not know what I is. And yet it matters not, because there is no gap between us. We are not just interconnected by a common thread, we are the same.

I said, "Walk with me" because you said it to me. Brother, it was never there, a cold scary world of outside forces mounted against us, a constant struggle. It was a dream from which we awoke instantly because it was not our Creator's Will, and that means it was not our will. We are one Self, living in perfect love, perfect peace.

Unshod

Leave your shoes at the door, cross the threshold with feet bare. Our home is your home, the home we never left. Only dreamed it so.

Understand there is no door, no threshold. You placed them there because you have taught yourself to function in those terms: Form, structure, your own special self as set apart from (your sense of) your ancient sense of otherness. Yes, welcome to the "place" you always were...always are.

You are not a separate being. You are an aspect of a Greater Reality. The bed you made cannot support you, for the body you made to lay on the bed does not exist anymore than does the bed. Only perfect love exists.

The frightening images you think is a world apart from you, peopled with other bodies that seem to come and go, all this never took place. The reason this is hard for you to understand is that you are fighting against the idea. This means you are fighting yourself.

You think these words are coming from "something" outside your body. There is no outside, and no inside. You are making the words in order that you understand, however dimly, what you are telling yourself. For this information is coming from yourself. Self is all there is.

You awoke long ago, in your terms of time. You think you continue in time, and you think the more time there is, the longer you will continue. Yet you know your days are numbered. You know your body is falling apart, regardless the steps you might take to keep it "healthy".

This is unnatural. You are not a body. You are hiding in a world of your own making. THERE IS NOTHING FROM WHICH TO HIDE. You are perfect love. You remain as created. You tell yourself you do not know your Creator, but this is not so. You tell yourself you will be your own creator, but this is impossible. This is why the world you made is in a state of constant decay, why it is crude, why you do not remember telling yourself these things. The world you made is not eternal. Only the eternal is real. This is so beautiful and true that it confuses you. But only you can confuse you. Only what is real exists. This is your will because it is your Creator's Will.

Your dream is gone because it was not your will. You did not will it, you just invented it out of your fear that you had lost everything. But as your Creator's Child, you ARE everything.

Cross over, welcome to your Self.

The Unnamed

There lives the unnamed, the unnameable. It is beyond words. We think it is apart from us, as we think we are apart from each other, as we think we can think without affecting each other. With every thought we affect each other, and the world we believe is outside us.

The unnamed created us. But created is wrong, because there is no past...then the mind begins to reel. I ask my mind to be quiet, to just be. I am convinced now that the unnamed is real. I am convinced that what I call my thoughts affect those around me.

The self I think I am is an illusion of self. I am (we are) dreaming. No one, nothing, real has ever been harmed. We invented the concept of harm. We invented the world.

Nothing I write here is original. There is only one thing to say, but many ways to say it. I write of a reality I can barely sense, but I do sense it. It is not apart from me (us), I just thought it was. Others have sensed it, and in truth, all sense it. But then, there are no others. There is one self; we are one self.

The love the unnamed has for us cannot be described; its peace extends to every living thing, itself unnamed and unnameable.

The End of Dreams

"I will the end of dreams." --A Course in Miracles. I would awake, and return to the "place" I never left. If I fear, it is because I know not what I am. I've done this thing, and this I would undo. I will the end of dreams. I would awake.

"I've done this thing" is not an accusation, but a blessing. It means I am responsible for what I see. This is easy to forget because part of my mind wants me to forget. But I am responsible for that part of my mind. I did not create myself, but I do create. I also make images. In a tiny flash of fear, I forgot the difference between creating and making. That flash cannot repeat, because fear is unreal, and nothing unreal exists. In other words, it never happened. How does what never happened repeat?

Someone long ago tried to teach me my mind is dangerous. That one did not know that before my physical birth, I'd been told mind is home.

At home, there is only peace. Part of my mind tried to tell me this means boredom, but I know that isn't so. For that part of my mind knows not at all what peace really is.

It only seems the dream is ongoing. It ended. Nothing has happened except my (our) dreaming of separation. But our nature is wholeness.

We remain as created.

We were created from perfect love, into perfect love. What appears as not love is an appeal to be loved, whether we recognize it or not. We already are everything.

I will the end of dreaming otherwise.

Quotes, mine and others'

Now, the present moment, is always our point of power. The energy never goes away, never takes a break;

There is one Self...It is everything we are. We are not isolated beings, set apart from one another. What we think of as individuality is a distortion of Who we really are;

There is no Divine rage. There is no sin. There is no punishment;

Love really is all there is;

Nothing is lost, nothing dies, there is only eternal Life;

Self has no opposite. We invented the concept of opposites to further hide from our Self;

I may still become afraid, even though I understand there is nothing to fear;

I may still become angry, though I understand there is no justification for anger.

World Beyond Words

The ego is a thought of separation. Everything is mind, insofar as we understand the term. It only seems complicated, because complication aids the ego in keeping us focused where we are not. It is unnatural to be in bodies.

We do not belong here. This is a fantasy, a dream, a hallucination. We are one unlimited Self. As such, we are perfect, living in perfect love.

The thought of separation never happened, because it is not our Creator's Will. Thus, it is nor our will. We cry for our individuality, but we do not understand what individuality is.

I do not say these things to convince you of anything; I don't care what you believe. We are all "here" for our own reasons/purposes.

The world is an illusion; the reality is beautiful beyond words, and we never left.

One Perfect Moment

We seek knowledge yet turn away from it; seek courage yet fear finding it. Knowledge leads to finding Self, courage to some action or other, whose extension we fear, for that extension is ours.

We do not understand that we already are everything we believe we seek. We fear because intuitively, we know that what we desire likely will hurt us. This, because we do not know what we are.

We want desperately to remain "where" we are. This is the hell that we know. It is dark, but we are used to it. We know nothing else, though we catch glimpses, we see flashes.

The knowledge we seek has always been ours. The courage we think we dare not extend was extended in our creation. It stretches forever in this one perfect moment. The courage of the faithful is courageous because it knows there is nothing to fear.

We do know what we are, we just taught ourselves to forget. The forgetting is but a bank of clouds, and we have but to ask our Self to guide us through, into the light. A hand is extended. We have but to realize we had not let go of it.

"I am with you always."

Our Perfect Mind

It is as if what we call our individual mind is an iceberg, and we spend 99% of our time and energy in the berg's tip. We ignore the rest of the iceberg, though it is part of us. We are conscious of this small life, this little creature, this self that seems to have popped into existence without pre-knowledge. We have turned away from the rest of our Self.

But we did not actually turn away. That 99% remains whole. We forgot to remember Who and What we are, underneath the artificial surface of our perfect Mind.

The Prayers of We Who Dream

I express my hope to You: The movement of Your perfect Love upon the face of my waiting. This is our union. I can taste the Bread of Your sustaining Life, as it feeds me forever. Here is all that I am, all we are, as You created us. Amen.

Here we pause and find that hope we spoke of; here the Flow in its perfect support, the endless energy of Home; here the beat of united hearts, the singular voice of ten-thousand angels. Here and now, the waiting that is no waiting. Amen.

The world thinks an angel fell from Your Heaven, and became something You are not. But our desire is to see You as You are. This desire to be awakened is a sonnet written on the clouds of our perception. It reminds us there is "Something" we think we cannot reach. But sitting here, we only find Your closeness. What are the lines and verses of Your infinitely stretching Word? How sweet the prose of Your Touch, The speech of Your Sight, the call of Your Being! Who are we, that You love us so? Amen.

Ours is to allow this wordless rush. To keep it when we walk about in the world we have made. We hear You, Father. Amen.

Father, Mother, Divine Parent of all there is, Great Spirit, we come to You, having not left. We hear, we see, we speak. Ours is the response of soul to Creator. Here we play our thought upon Your waters. We stand on the surface, the whole of creation, and not one astonished, for at last we all see. We cannot express our thanks, only look at and from within Your perfect Light. We breathe-in Your Breath, and know You as part of You. Thank God. Amen.

Father, we know we do not simply pray to You, but within You. We see that there is no "outside". As the cup of a dreaming world passes from our lips, let Your perfect gentleness wash away the old night. As a small child hands the empty glass back to her father, all dreams of terror gone, so do we give up to You our own nightmares. What else to do with them? Where else to go but to You? From where does love come if not Heaven? Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, our experience of You does not agree with the old tales, of a god angry with himself, who made an imperfect world out of his alleged perfection. That image is far removed from our meeting here. In reverence we approach. No danger here, only peace. Only love here, as we find Your Nature to be pure, uncluttered. We will never believe the old tales, Father. We come to You in love, not fear. Decide for us our way, and we gladly walk it. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, ours is but to come within, and we are Home. The more we close these eyes, the more we see. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, we stand to erase all differences, so that we are clear to receive Your Light. We stand and declare Your Reality, hands raised to the sky. Nightmares may storm the gates of our united hearts, but still we stand. We who dream shout no more for the pull of that which returns to dust, but dwell here with You, forever. Amen.

More, never less. Only this. We need no proof of you, for all we see is You. Are we ashamed? God, no. Hide from You? Impossible. Should we cry out in the night, the sweat of remembered screams drying on our astonished face? How could this be, when You are all there is? How could we have believed our own tales, rumors of the death of love. We come, not for the bringing of human glory, but for even a sliver of Your Light. Afraid, ashamed, no longer. Thank God! Amen.

Father, You are the Provider of our every need; You are the courage of our convictions, the song and the singer. You are the call to action, and the action itself. You are our deepest heart. We will never again turn from You, but live eternally in Your Heaven. Amen.

Father, ours has been a seeking, and along the way a finding, of but glimpses of You. But we would rather have these flashes alone, than to remain blind. Thank You that You hear us, for we hear You whisper beneath our shouting. We sense Your Reality behind shadows, and we no longer fear. For we know each fleeting glimpse of You is a precursor to awakening. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, we come to You now, in the grace You have placed in our hearts. We come as one, seeking light for all. In seeking, we find Your perfect Love. In finding, we are instantly healed of illusions of separation. Thank You, Father. Amen.

You are the Light that touches darkness, to reveal it as illusion. You are the only Reality, for what is this "I" that thinks itself apart? What are we but loved forever? Amen.

Father, we come to this place, our brother with us. We tell You nothing, for what could we say? We only stand in reverence of Your perfect Love. Hear we all the Song You sing, and that forever. Amen.

Father, we do know. We feel Your Love, and are not ashamed. We do not fear these tears, or the ache in our heart. We are Yours. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, we know words alone have no power, but out of the deepest heart, where You hold us, they come. All our trust, our faith, our love, and our eternal connection to You, we know these are so. And so it is. Amen.

Father, we know You cannot turn us back. We must find You on our own, for this is the nature of freedom. We have misread the messages You sent, many still believing You are both love AND hate. But Father, where is Your anger? Are You a dangerous old man in the clouds, or are You perfect love? The experience of our coming within belies the ancient tales. They do not frighten us, Father. Our reverence knows no end. Amen.

Father, we bring to You all our fears, our arrogance. To see Your Light, even through these, is to know Your Reality. Ours is the lesson of forgiveness, as we practice Your Presence. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Father, do we listen, then loudly proclaim: "Look! I have learned great things from the small voice!" Or do we lose ourselves in order to find ourselves, in You? It is You we seek, not more of our own voice. In seeking, we find You, Father. Amen.

Father, we do stand, united, part of You. We understand Home to be that state of being we could never leave. Within us You sing forever. Thank You Father. Amen.

You infinite "Something"...You ever-living, ever-being, ever-loving. We gather under this tree, grass green at our feet. We join hands, soul to soul, and the tree's knowledge is no longer twisted. Instead, this release of shame, exposing lies. Through the leaves Your sun shines, as we raise our eyes to that Heaven that was within us all along. You all-knowing, everywhere present, we thank You that You are. Our unending joy we pray to You. Amen.

Father, in truth, we stay here with You. We have gone nowhere that You could not find us. We are not but eternally loved. We know we have a name, and it is as sacred as Your own, for You have given it to us. We know You constantly whisper that name to us, no matter what appears. Yes Yours is the kingdom, Yours is the glory...Yes Father, and Yours is the power. Amen.

Father, our "hope" is the activity of "awaiting" Your movement upon the waters of our dreaming self. The spirit of the earth sings in joy, as our eyes are opened. We know Your Nature is our nature. We know we are free to find our way. In this discovery we are "born again". How great is Your love for us! As our belief becomes experience, we raise hands to the sky, and a thousand times, amen!

We are That

I do not believe we are becoming anything, or growing into anything. We already are everything that we were created to be, behind our illusions of ourselves; our Self. We are that. People often become quite agitated when presented with the idea that we are not separate selves, but that the One Self we are in truth had a tiny instant of fear, and dreamed "he" was split from one unlimited reality, into countless parts.

The ego will demand that we are saying individuality is lost in this idea. But we do not understand the meaning of individuality.

We remain as created. This is where I place my faith. We already are our reality. We need not change into it. This self, which is a concept of self, sits here and types. The ideas come and the self concept makes them into words. I believe my Self is teaching me how to awaken myself, to forgive it. For we do sleep, and dream of a world outside us. There is no "outside".

If there is no outside, and the world I see is in my mind, then I must have put it there.
